john instantly turned into asshole stepdad when putting up our new tent. (threw poles and said 'son of a bitch' at least once)
the trees were all black and charred from the fires a few years ago, but the forest floor was full of new green growth.
the two drunk dudes got us lost on azalea glen loop trail.
this is the nest i found and stole from the woods
casey totally "saw a mountain lion" in the middle of the night when no one else was around.
before we left i fed the last of our bread to a scurry of squirrels and a descent of woodpeckers.
it was so much fun. now i'm just waiting for the rattray's (the master campers) to tell us where we're gonna go next.

Julian is so beautiful. I haven't been there for quite awhile. After seeing your pictures it makes me want to take a day trip and get some delicious pie.
Your trip looks so fun! I haven't had the time to go out like that in a long while.. maybe because I'm in college haha. I love your jewelry!
