all apologies for the lack of updates to the shop lately. did i ever tell you, internet, that courtney love bought a pair of the beaded earrings from the shop a few months ago? well she did.

i've been receiving new beautiful spring shipments, but katherine (my awesome friend / smart web girl) has been finishing up adding a couple new features before adding the new stuff. it should be done soon. hannah couldn't wait though, and she's already been wearing the new she-bible faithful pantsuit. here she is being cute in my living room last night.

you may enjoy reading this blog i recently came across called harold loves maude. it's relatively short and readable in one sitting. it's better if you just start reading it (from the beginning, which would be the end of the blog) without knowing anything more but you choose your life and you choose if you want to keep reading my words. it's written by heidi haru from the perspective of a young man named harold, who's character seems to be loosely based on harold chasen from one of the best movies of all time, harold and maude.
if you do read these entries, i'm going to recommend your suspension of disbelief that this is in fact written by harold himself. it's funner.

i know willie nelson is supposed to be great or whatever, but i've never really felt him in my heart of hearts like some people do. but then this one day happened last week when tiffany recommended one of his albums when we were at lou's records.

and now i can't stop listening to it. these songs are the first, early 60's demo recordings. a lot of them are solo, and those are the ones i've fell in love with. he sings about tear drops, nightmares, remembering and forgetting, drinking booze and broken hearts. i feel like getting more willie nelson now but i'm too afraid that they won't get any better than this.

blue had the flu. so we've been spending a lot of quality time at the canyon lately. it's our favorite place to go and think about stuff.
