john and i took a road trip to SF to visit friends. after setting some rules regarding the stereo and violent volume changes, we didn't even get into one fight the whole way. i got to hang out with one of my favorite friends, tiffany harker. we successfully turned her into a LOST fan... now i'm just waiting to here back about the prognosis on rufus love...

all i can say is holy crap. rufus wainwright is blowing my mind. every song he writes is entirely EPIC and i don't use that word lightly. i just fell in love with him morrissey-style on saturday night. so much that i had to see him again at the el rey last night. it was magical. also, fashion update: brooches are in.

i'm having a serious dorothy day today. i miss the crap out of her and the way she would get so psyched. good thing we have great friends in town to keep the house fun. the type of friends that would write a song about dorothy while on a flight from portland to encinitas. and that would buy us nintendo and guitar hero from target last night just because it would be funny.

living and dying laughing and crying

i do work.
but on sunday i took a day off since hannah and spencer and I worked so hard at the secret photo shoot on saturday. and, we had a badminton tournament to host.
TRAPPED UNDER ICE lost both games and were quickly eminated and i swear everyone else cheated and i hated everything about those two games.

so i took the night off as well and drank too much wine with a couple other teams. it was pretty much amazing.




but now it's back to work.
