were recently featured in Time Out New York magazine.. I love how they styled this with the four finger bracelet worn on both hands.

ok, i really thought i was doing the responsible thing by booking our NY tickets AFTER the fashion shows and during the tradeshows... to be sure i'd have a liquor-free brain during appointments. but the images i keep seeing of the shows that we passed on proves that i'm not so smart after all. my favorite so far was garance dore's story about pamela love's presentation.
speaking of pamela, what about those pieces she worked on with SPIKE JONZE, influenced by WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE to be sold at opening ceremony??

don't even get me started on these limited claw cuffs (only 5!) she's making with derrick of black sheep & prodigal sons . PAMELA IS KILLING IT!

Betsey Johnson has finally released the archive collection: her very best pieces in history, as curated by Opening Ceremony. We asked Pia Arrobio to do a photo story of these pieces, which turned out to be a perfect match - as Betsey Johnson was Pia's very first favorite designer as a teenager. Pia styled, modeled and shot the photos herself in her bedroom and around her ny neighborhood.

i've been wanting to carry huge edie earrings for a long time now, but could never find the perfect pair. i decided to ask susan, the designer behind jewelry line Esther K., to make some exclusively for us. i can't tell you how excited i am with what she came up with! she took away the gaudy 60's vibe and added intricate gothic details. they are perfect and so exactly what i had in mind.

han and i went to LA to visit lori and elizabeth, and they told us the best news i've heard in a real long time.
SEINFELD is reuniting on this seasons CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM!! the whole cast, playing themselves as well as their seinfeld characters.
how is it possible that i didn't know this? ordering hbo tomorrow. now i can't say that i don't watch tv. thanks again elizabeth for the couches, coconut cookies, and especially letting me sleep with charlie the cat:

my friend rachel has been making some pretty awesome jewelry lately. i asked her to make some exclusively for bona drag and she came up with these rad web like ring bracelets all made from simple oxidized curb chain. here's one version, which will be available on the site tomorrow.

my travels

i went to milwaukee for 26 hours. after bikram and boats, i went out for a night cap and played cards with the women in my family. milwaukee has the best bars. and houses. if the winters weren't so retarded we might have moved back by now.

they have kids. the cutest kids with the best names: olive and archer. olive wears a pair of tough motorcycle boots to counteract the white feminine dress.archer decided on an ac/dc shirt paired with some grandpa madras shorts and a black watch. he also threw in one single black fingerless glove to wear with dinner. olive loves cats.i liked this corner of the house:
